Class Info

Barre
This is our signature Barre class: You’ll develop muscular endurance through pulses, isometric holds and deep core work. This is a dynamic workout, using your own body weight the ballet barre and/or small equipment. All levels are welcome and no dance experience is required.

Barre Cardio
A revved-up version of our signature barre class. With the same full-body sculpting, pulses and deep holds, and an increased cardio boost. Expect sections full of dynamic exercises designed to pump your heart rate, balanced with sections of slower alignment-focused total body work. All levels are welcome and you will leave feeling sweaty & strong!

Barre Strong Build deep strength in every area of your body using the signature barre moves, small rhythmic movements and high repetitions to burn out your muscles. With the option to add weights to amp up the challenge. These classes are designed to push you to your max effort for fast results you’ll see and feel.

Recovery For Athletes A deep restorative stretch to compliment your training. Expect to hold deep stretches as you mobilise and strengthen to allow you to recover and improve in your sport or discipline. All levels welcome.


Pilates
Mat pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The moves focus on and build from the powerhouse, your core, sculpting all areas and parts of your body through small, controlled movements and repetition. All levels are welcome.

Pilates Fit
High energy, powerful mat Pilates practice. You’ll use light to medium weights to supercharge strong and dynamic sequences for your whole body. All levels are welcome.

Restorative Yoga
Relax and unwind by indulging in all the subtleties yoga has to offer. Allow your body to melt into passive poses that wash away stress and strains.

Yin Yoga
Yoga with longer holds (2-4 minutes) in often seated or reclined poses, for deeper releases within the tissues as well as the mental and emotional body.  

Yoga Flow
Take time to connect your breathe as you flow through fluid and rhythmic sequences. This creative flow will leave you feeling refreshed and energised.

Yoga + baby
Bring along baby and flow together. Up to crawling age is welcome. We provide mats and all props.
